Tim Mansfield was a tech lead at Google and YouTube for several years and has long experience in roles ranging from senior engineer to CTO at various startups. He has also pursued a parallel track in education, being on the founding team of a charter high school, starting an education non-profit, helping run multiple coding bootcamps, and designing new-hire and up-skilling training for many companies.
One of his major motivations is to help people succeed over the course of their careers, and he has mentored hundreds of people with that in mind.
